About

Who are we?

​

Kace was established in 2005 and combines the skills of its two Directors, Bruce Watkins and Kate James. Bruce is a fully qualified Microsoft Systems Engineer and is also Cisco certified. Over the past 20 years he has built up a phenomenal knowledge of the Microsoft environment and has undertaken projects up to a value of £5 million.

Kate worked primarily in the property sector as an IT Manager dealing with the day to day issues that arise looking after a network. She has broad knowledge of various software packages and systems, both Microsoft and Apple. Kate is also a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management.

Together with our small team of qualified engineers we can provide a personal service to your company which is rarely found in the IT sector.

With bases in London and Yorkshire, we can support you regardless of location. Remote management tools enable us to provide assistance without having to necessarily attend your office every time there is a problem which keeps costs down and gives fast results.

With larger businesses, we assist with projects where the in-house team need extra support and advice. From office relocations to software upgrades, Kace can provide project management to ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget.

We have been operating since 2005 and have vast experience of different types of working environment whether it's a home office, serviced office, school or corporate environment. We partner with leading operators to provide tried and tested services.
